MiLana privacy
MiLana is designed to organize your finances without creating an account or sending the financial information you enter to its own servers. This page explains the current public app and how this website works.
What is stored on your device
MiLana stores the information you choose to enter locally so the app can work.
- Accounts, balances and transactions.
- Budgets, categories and savings goals.
- Loans, installments and scheduled payments.
- Notes, optional receipts and app preferences.
What MiLana does not collect
- No account or sign-in is required.
- It does not sell your personal information.
- It does not use advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs.
- It does not request bank credentials or connect to financial institutions.
- It does not send your financial transactions to a MiLana backend.
Device security
You can protect access with Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode. MiLana only receives the authentication result from iOS; it never receives or stores biometric data.
Photo access for attaching receipts and notifications for reminders are optional and depend on the permissions you grant in iOS.
Local assistant and backups
The assistant's questions and natural-language entries are processed locally. The public version can export a JSON backup that you control.
If you save that file to iCloud Drive, another service, or share it with someone, that destination follows its own terms. Deleting MiLana does not automatically delete copies you exported.
Apple and this website
Apple processes the app download and purchase. Depending on your settings, Apple may also provide diagnostics or crash reports to the developer to improve stability. Blue Nova Tech does not receive your card details.
This website's code is static: it sets no first-party cookies and includes no forms or first-party analytics. It is hosted on Cloudflare Pages; Cloudflare may process technical data needed to deliver and protect the page under its own policy and the domain configuration.
Control, deletion and security
You can edit or delete your records in the app. When the app is deleted, iOS removes its local data, except files you exported or diagnostics Apple retains under its policies.
We use the protections available in iOS, but no storage system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your device and backups protected.
